Casa Alpan Small (named after the Etruscan winged goddess skilled in love) is part of a completely detached building at the foot of the estate. It is distinguished by a playful architecture with only a ground floor level. It is the last completed renovation in the borgo. In this place there used to be a barn. Casa Alpan Small has a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen and a cosy and bright reading/living area. It is very pleasant to stay there. There is one bedroom (with air conditioning) with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a box spring bed (1.80m). Casa Alpan Small is suitable for a stay of 2 people. It is surrounded by a private garden with a large covered terrace under a pergola where you can enjoy a romantic meal. The common pool of the borgo is nearby.
