Casa Alpan (named after the Etruscan winged goddess skilled in love) is a completely detached building at the foot of the estate. It is distinguished by a playful architecture with only a ground floor level. It is the last completed renovation in the borgo. In this place there used to be a barn. Casa Alpan has a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen and a cosy and bright reading/living area. It is very pleasant to stay there. There are two bedrooms (with air conditioning) each with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a box spring bed (1.80m). Casa Alpan is suitable for a stay of 4 people. It is surrounded by a private garden with a large covered terrace under a pergola where you can enjoy a romantic meal. The common pool of the borgo is nearby.
